If you'd like to apply for a refund, please submit a cancellation request and then open a ticket and let us know why you'd like one and we'll attend to it as soon as possible.
To submit a cancellation request:
1. Please login to your account.
2. Click Services item on the menu.
3. Click View Details button for the service that you want to cancel.
4. You'll see Submit Cancellation item in the menu, please click that and write your cancellation reason, choose immediate cancellation and then submit.
5. After you submit the cancellation, please open a ticket with our Sales/Billing department.
6. Our billing department will review your request and if you are eligable, you are going to get refunded as soon as possible.
